  • The first step in the home buying process is getting pre-approved by a licensed lender. You can ask your bank or use our recommend lender, Amy Goss at Guild Mortgage. Your lender will be able to help you figure out exactly what your budget should be.

  • Yes! This is very common. We are happy to accommodate video tours (FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, etc.) or walk a trusted confidant through the home(s) on your behalf.

    At closing, we’ll work with a notary to complete your Mail-Away Closing and the house is yours!
